These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Weddoo website and mobile applications (the “Service”), operated by Natrimony Technologies Private Limited (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and of legal marriageable age in your jurisdiction, and legally permitted to marry, to use the Service. The Service is intended for individuals genuinely seeking a marriage partner.
2. Your Account
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your profile.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
- One person may not maintain multiple accounts or impersonate others.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
- Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other users.
- Solicit money, run scams, or use the Service for commercial solicitation.
- Upload unlawful, obscene, or infringing content.
- Attempt to access other accounts or disrupt the Service.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, and may moderate, review, or remove content at our discretion.
4. Premium Subscriptions
Certain features require a paid premium plan. Payments are processed by Razorpay. Fees, billing cycles, and what each plan includes are shown at the point of purchase. Unless required by law or stated otherwise, payments are non-refundable.
5. No Guarantee of Outcome
Weddoo provides a platform to help you find a partner but does not guarantee matches, responses, compatibility results, or marriage. Astrological compatibility (Porutham) information is provided for guidance only. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users and should exercise caution and verify information independently.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of the content you upload. By uploading, you grant Weddoo a licence to host, display, and share that content with other users as needed to operate the Service.
7. Disclaimers & Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Weddoo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or your interactions with other users.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or for the protection of other users or the Service.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
