We try to make refund decisions look like they were written by a person who would have to honour them. The short version: refunds are easy, prorated, and never punished. Email billing@weddoo.in with your account email.
Full refund. No questions.
If you haven't seen genuine matches in your first two weeks, write to us and we'll refund the entire payment. No hold music, no "are you sure".
Prorated refund for unused days.
We charge per day, refund per day. Half a month used = half the period back. You don't lose money for cancelling at an awkward time of month.
Pause your plan, keep the balance.
If your alliance is settled, pause instead of cancelling. Your remaining days bank for 12 months — resume any time at the same rate.
